Agreement to terms

By booking a service with DFW Mobile Dog Grooming LLC, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them before booking.

Services

We provide mobile dog grooming services at your home, driveway, or another mutually agreed upon location within our service area. Services include grooming, bathing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and related pet care services as described at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary for subsequent appointments based on coat condition, dog behavior, and service requirements.

Scheduling and cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee or loss of booking priority.

We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. Weather, traffic, and other factors outside our control may occasionally cause delays. We will contact you as soon as possible if we anticipate a significant delay.

Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Disclose any health conditions, behavioral issues, or sensitivities your dog has that may affect grooming
• Ensure your dog is current on rabies vaccination
• Be present or have an authorized adult available to hand off and receive your dog
• Provide access to a suitable parking area for our van

Pet health and safety

We take every precaution to ensure your dog's safety during grooming. However, grooming can occasionally reveal pre-existing conditions not previously known (skin conditions, lumps, ear infections, etc.). We will notify you of anything we notice.

In the case of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately and, if we cannot reach you, will take the dog to the nearest veterinary facility. You authorize us to take this action and agree to be responsible for any resulting veterinary costs.

Senior dogs, dogs with health conditions, or dogs with behavioral issues may be at higher risk during grooming. We will discuss any concerns before beginning.

Limitation of liability

DFW Mobile Dog Grooming LLC carries $2 million in general liability insurance. In the event of an injury or loss caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the grooming service.

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during grooming, or for stress-related conditions in dogs with known anxiety or health issues.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
